A short note on what we collect and how we use it when you shop at YY Coffee.

What we collect

When you place an order, we (and our payment partner Stripe) collect the information needed to fulfill and support your purchase: name, email, shipping address, phone (if you provide it), and payment details.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Stripe’s handling of payment data is described in their privacy policy at stripe.com.

How we use your info

• To roast, pack, and ship your order
• To send order confirmation and shipping updates
• To respond if you contact us about an order

We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t use it for unrelated marketing lists.

If you sign up to be notified about an upcoming product (like Yunnan Select), we use that email address only to announce that product, we don’t share it with anyone, and we’ll remove it on request at info@yycoffee.us.

Site analytics

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard request logs (IP, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and reliable. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and pages viewed (and how quickly pages load); it doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across sites, and doesn’t collect personal information.
