How we roast, pack, and ship your coffee across the United States.

Free US shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Your shipping address is collected at Stripe Checkout; we currently ship to US addresses only.

Roast to order

Every bag is roasted to order in Los Gatos, California. We typically roast and pack within 1–3 business days of your order (sometimes same-day for morning orders).

Delivery timing

Once shipped, most US mainland orders arrive in about 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed; tracking follows when the package leaves us. You can check where your order stands anytime on our order status page.

Freshness

We ship soon after roasting so your coffee lands at peak flavor. If you need a bag for a specific date, email us at info@yycoffee.us and we’ll do our best.

Grind at home

Your beans arrive whole so they stay fresh. Grind just before you brew, only as much as you need. A burr grinder gives the most even grind. If your coffee tastes sour or thin, grind finer. If it's bitter or harsh, grind coarser.
